Summer and Winter health checks, are great if you are planning a big journey and last visited us a while ago.
All our health checks are a fixed price of £45 inclusive of VAT and include a full inspection of your vehicle, check and top-up of under-bonnet fluids (excluding diesel additives such as Add Blue) and a report for your records. Booking in advance is advised.

CDM Automotive carry out both routine cam belt replacements and timing chain repairs. Timing belts are a serviceable item, and it is always advised to stick to the manufacturer's recommended service interval to help prevent premature engine failure. During a cam belt replacement we also check other associated components, such as water pumps and auxiliary belts, and will advise if they need replacing at the same time to save you money and the inconvenience of a second visit.
Our cam belt replacements are all carried out using genuine parts or premium-quality aftermarket options such as Gates, Dayco and INA. We have the specialist knowledge and tooling to carry out timing chain replacements on JLR vehicles and offer this repair with either genuine parts or premium aftermarket alternatives. We offer this type of repair at a fraction of the dealer price, and you can usually expect to have the job completed, and the vehicle will be back to you within two working days.
